We advise landlords, tenants and companies managing commercial and non-commercial rented properties on all matters of tenancy law, as well as condominium owners and managers on all aspects of establishing and managing an association of owners.

Specifically, our services include:

• conceiving and designing customised tenancy and lease agreements
• designing partition deeds and regulations of associations of owners
• representing the interests of landlords/lessors in the context of amendments to or
  termination of agreements (e.g. rent increases, termination, return of property)
